• Premises

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification. However, should there be a large number of orders, variations in production and delivery times will be inevitable. Furthermore, it is good to consider that we will not assume any responsibility for delays caused by the postal service as we at 4posterplace are not in direct contact with it, nor do we have the power to control it.

• Domestic shipping rates and estimates

All shipments within the national territory with a minimum spend of € 59.90 will not include additional costs, while for orders lower than this figure the shipping cost will amount to €4.99.

• International shipping rates and estimates

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

• How can I check the status of an order?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available here .

If you do not receive the order within 15/20 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at 4posterplace@gmail.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
